Full Time Hospitality Team Leader
We are looking for a passionate and hardworking person that oozes enthusiasm to lead our café/restaurant team in The Garden Kitchen by Pugh’s, a family owned business with a passion to offer an exceptional customer experience.
When you join The Garden Kitchen as a Team Leader, you’ll help shape the future of a business that’s truly different and growing and be part of the passion to thrive and succeed.
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings from 8am to close 5:30pm, ad hoc late evenings for events and weekends, specific hours to be discussed at interview.
Salary: £12.80-£13.50 per hour depending on experience (Previous experience in a similar role is essential)

What you’ll do
You’ll be a positive role model – engaging, training and supporting your team in delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for food and hospitality.
As a Team Leader you will also:
Have a passion for food and understand the relationship between front of house and kitchen team, strong understanding of allergen processes and customer ordering experience
Perform daily checks to make sure the store is safe, secure, operational and presentable for our customers
Encourage your team to deliver the stores success measures and be confident in suggesting areas for improvement
Be a key holder – opening and closing the store, taking responsibility for the premises in the absence of other leaders
Take charge and guide the team if there’s a problem to resolve
Be hands on and lead by example with any tasks which need completing
To be successful

Basic EPOS skills and basic IT skills

Drive ideas to help improve store sales
Flexibility to work a range of shifts
You must be aged 18 or over to be The Garden Kitchen Team Leader as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.
